JOB DESCRIPTION – OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (AIRPORT ADVERTISING)

What You'll Do (Your Mission!)

  • Coordinate with AAI officials, vendors, and contractors for smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and dismantling of advertising media.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and maintain media quality standards.
  • Monitor campaign execution as per client commitments and timelines.
  • Maintain inventory records, campaign photographs, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and operational guidelines.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.



What We're Looking For

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 0–2 years of experience in Operations, Execution, Project Coordination, or Advertising.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for operational requirements.
