ऑफिस बॉय (Office Boy) – नोकरीचे स्वरूपपद: ऑफिस बॉय

कामाचे ठिकाण: पुणे

कार्यालयीन वेळ: सकाळी ९:०० ते सायंकाळी ६:3० (सोमवार ते शनिवार)

  • प्रमुख जबाबदाऱ्याकार्यालयाची स्वच्छता व नीटनेटकेपणा राखणे.
  • चहा, पाणी व अल्पोपहाराची व्यवस्था करणे.
  • कार्यालयीन कागदपत्रे, फाईल्स व स्टेशनरी व्यवस्थित ठेवणे.
  • बँक, पोस्ट ऑफिस, कुरिअर, सरकारी कार्यालये व इतर ठिकाणी आवश्यक कार्यालयीन कामे करून येणे.
  • फोटोकॉपी, प्रिंटआउट, स्कॅनिंग, लॅमिनेशन इत्यादी कार्यालयीन कामे करणे.
  • कार्यालयातील साहित्याची (स्टेशनरी, पिण्याचे पाणी, स्वच्छता साहित्य इ.) उपलब्धता तपासून आवश्यकतेनुसार माहिती देणे.
  • पाहुणे व ग्राहकांचे स्वागत करून त्यांना योग्य व्यक्तीकडे मार्गदर्शन करणे.
  • वरिष्ठांनी वेळोवेळी सोपविलेली इतर कार्यालयीन कामे प्रामाणिकपणे पूर्ण करणे.
  • आवश्यक असल्यास हलकेफुलके बाहेरील काम (Runner Work) करणे.
  • आवश्यक पात्रताकिमान १० वी उत्तीर्ण.
  • कार्यालयीन कामाचा अनुभव असल्यास प्राधान्य.
  • वेळेचे पालन करणारा, प्रामाणिक व जबाबदार असावा.
  • स्वच्छता व शिस्त याबाबत जागरूक असावा.
  • विनम्र व चांगल्या वर्तनाचा असावा.
  • मोबाईल वापरून कॉल करणे, लोकेशन पाहणे व साधी माहिती पाठवणे याचे मूलभूत ज्ञान असावे.
  • अतिरिक्त पात्रता (असल्यास प्राधान्य)दुचाकी चालविण्याचा परवाना (Driving Licence).
  • पुणे शहरातील रस्त्यांची माहिती.

टीप: कामाच्या वेळेत शिस्त, प्रामाणिकपणा व गोपनीयता राखणे आवश्यक आहे.
