Job Description
Maintain cleanliness and basic orderliness of office areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and document-related work.
Deliver and collect documents, files, letters, and other office materials.
Assist staff with day-to-day office requirements.
Arrange meeting rooms, chairs, tables, stationery, and refreshments for meetings.
Purchase or collect office supplies and other required items when instructed.
Maintain and organize office stationery and pantry supplies.
Handle basic bank, courier, post office, or other outside-office errands.
Receive and distribute courier/postal documents.
Assist with loading, shifting, and arranging office materials when required.
Ensure the pantry and common areas are kept clean and organized.
Inform the concerned person about maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or other office issues.
Follow office safety, security, and hygiene procedures.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
