Job Description
Job Title: Office Boy / Office Assistant
Company: TSDN Realtors LLP (Premium Real Estate Advisory, Pune)
Hamare office mein clients, developers aur business owners aate hain. Isliye hume ek saaf-suthra, time ka paabandh aur bharosemand office boy chahiye.
SABSE ZAROORI (Top Priority)
- Poore din office ki safai har waqt maintain karna: cabins, meeting room, pantry, washroom, reception aur table-desks
- Roz time par aana. Late ya baar-baar chhutti wale candidates apply na karein
- Imandar aur wafadar rehna. Office ke documents aur baatein confidential rakhna
DAILY KAAM
- Subah office kholna aur shaam ko band karna (lights, AC, equipment band karna)
- Meeting room client meeting se pehle set karna aur baad mein wapas theek karna
- Visitors ko chai, coffee, paani serve karna
- Staff ke liye lunch set karna, lunch ke baad table saaf karna
- Office copier se scanning aur xerox karna
- Files aur documents ko organize karke rakhna
- Courier aur envelopes par address aur naam English mein saaf likhna
- Courier, documents aur dak ka basic log/register maintain karna (kya bheja, kisko, kab, aur receive hone ki entry)
- Documents, courier aur files office se bahar deliver/pickup karna
- Bank ke chhote kaam (cheque deposit, document submission), printing aur stationery ki kharidari
- Pantry aur office supplies ka stock dekhna aur kam hone par bataana
HUME KAUN CHAHIYE
- Male candidate, umar 18 se 35 saal
- 10th ya 12th pass (fresher bhi apply kar sakte hain)
- Basic English likhna aur padhna aana zaroori (address likhne aur log entry ke liye); Marathi aur Hindi bolna aana zaroori
- Office / hotel / similar kaam ka 1-2 saal ka experience ho to prefer karenge
- Saaf-suthre kapde, vinamr vyavhaar, imandari
- Two-wheeler chalana aata ho to accha (zaroori nahi)
- Joining se pehle Aadhaar aur Police Verification dena zaroori
- Interview mein English mein address likhne ka chhota test liya jayega
SALARY AUR BENEFITS
- Monthly in-hand salary: Rs. 18,000 se Rs. 24,000 (experience ke hisaab se)
- Annual bonus: Rs. 10,000 tak (12 mahine poore karne par)
- Working days / timing: [Monday-Saturday, 9:30 am se 7:30 pm]
