Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Narhe
Job Type: Full-time
- 📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Filing: Organize, manage, and maintain physical paperwork, files, and digital documents.
- Data Entry & Computer Work: Accurate data entry, managing records, and preparing routine reports.
- Call Handling & Client Coordination: Attend incoming/outgoing calls, handle client inquiries, and coordinate daily communications.
- HR & Attendance Records: Maintain daily employee attendance, leave records, and register management.
- Email & Communication: Manage email correspondence with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Digital Outreach: Basic social media marketing and promotional activities.
- 💡 Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
- Good knowledge of Basic Computers, MS Office (Excel, Word), and Internet/Email.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking ability.
