Location: Amanora, Pune

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

About UsBuzzyBrains Academy is a coaching institute in Amanora, Pune, dedicated to helping students build strong conceptual foundations in Maths and Science through personalized, curriculum-aligned teaching.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and skilled Maths & Science Teacher to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students up to 10th standard.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging Maths and Science lessons aligned with the curriculum (up to 10th standard)
  • Prepare notes, assignments, and test papers, leveraging AI tools to streamline content creation
  • Assess student progress through regular tests and assignments, and provide constructive feedback
  • Address student doubts and provide individual support where needed
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on student progress
  • Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
  • Required Qualifications & SkillsSubject Expertise: Strong command over Maths concepts up to 10th standard; ability to teach Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) effectively
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to students of varying learning levels
  • AI Proficiency: Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to create notes, tests, and other teaching materials efficiently
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field (Maths, Science, or Education)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
  • Preferred AttributesPrior experience working with international schools/boards (e.g., IB, IGCSE, Cambridge) is an added advantage
  • Patience and adaptability in handling diverse student needs
  • Familiarity with olympiad-level Maths/Science content (a plus)
  • Basic tech comfort with online teaching tools/platforms
  • Compensation & GrowthSalary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
