Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the dispatch and delivery of goods to customers and clients.
- Arrange transportation and coordinate with transporters, drivers, and courier services.
- Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other logistics documents.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, purchase, sales, and accounts departments.
- Maintain records of inward and outward materials.
- Follow up with transporters regarding delivery status and delays.
- Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain logistics reports, transport bills, and delivery records.
- Ensure proper handling, packing, and safe transportation of goods.
