Lead Intelligence & Data Engineer – Real Estate

Amar Realty is looking for a Lead Intelligence & Data Engineer to build our organic real estate lead-generation system for the outbound sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for web scraping, data extraction, data engineering, data analysis, lead segmentation, and Business Intelligence to identify and generate high-quality sales prospects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFind new organic lead sources and generate targeted real estate prospect data.
• Build web-scraping and data-extraction workflows using Python/R and tools such as Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Playwright, Apify, Octoparse, etc.
• Clean, validate, deduplicate, and enrich datasets.
• Build scalable ETL/data pipelines and maintain lead databases.
• Use Python, Pandas, SQL, and Excel for data analysis.
• Identify high-potential customer segments and develop lead scoring/prioritization.
• Prepare daily sales-ready lead lists for the Outbound Sales Team.
• Create MIS/BI dashboards using Power BI, Excel, Looker Studio or similar tools.
• Analyze sales feedback and continuously improve lead quality.
• Research and test new and innovative organic lead-generation strategies.
• Automate repetitive data collection and reporting processes.

Qualification: Graduate in CS/IT/Data Analytics/Engineering/Statistics or a related field. Strong practical projects will also be considered.
