Job Description

Assist chefs in preparing food and basic ingredients.

Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and other food items.

Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

Wash and clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Check and arrange food ingredients and kitchen stock.

Store food items properly to maintain freshness.

Support the team in preparing and serving food on time.

Dispose of kitchen waste properly.

Follow instructions given by the chef or kitchen manager.

Maintain proper discipline and teamwork.

Ensure all kitchen activities are completed smoothly and on time.
