Location: Pune
💼 Process: International Chat – E-commerce Seller Support
🏢 Industry: E-commerce Platform
💰 CTC: Up to ₹35,000
🚕 Cab Facility: Available
🕐 Shift: Rotational
📅 Working: 5.5 Days
💼 Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through international voice/chat support.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Assist with orders, payments, delivery, returns, and other customer issues.
Maintain quality standards and achieve process targets.
👤 Candidate Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice/Chat Process preferred.
UG/Graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Strong customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
