Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.
- Develop design concepts and mood boards using sketches, 3D renderings, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes in line with client vision and project goals.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design implementation.
- Prepare project timelines, cost estimates, and procurement schedules.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Stay up to date on design trends, materials, and regulations.
