Job Description
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Handle and respond to customer inquiries received through IndiaMART.
* Generate new leads through **cold calling**.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
* Share quotations, negotiate pricing, and handle customer discussions.
* Follow up with customers and **close deals successfully**.
* Follow up on pending leads and quotations.
* Handle **order follow-ups**, including order status, dispatch, delivery, and customer coordination.
* Handle **payment follow-ups** with customers for pending/outstanding payments.
* Maintain good relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
* Maintain proper records of IndiaMART inquiries, leads, orders, and payments.
* Handle **back-office work, data entry, and MS Excel reports**.
* Prepare daily/weekly sales, order, and payment reports.
**Candidate Requirements:**
* 1–3 years of experience in IndiaMART Sales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telecalling.
* Strong **sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills**.
* Experience in cold calling and customer follow-ups.
* Ability to handle order and payment follow-ups professionally.
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Good knowledge of **MS Excel and basic computer operations**.
* Should be comfortable handling both **sales and back-office responsibilities**.
