Job Description

Recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning for hotels & restaurants.

Manage attendance, payroll inputs, leave and employee records.

Handle employee grievances, discipline and retention.

Implement HR policies, SOPs and performance appraisal systems.

Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.

Coordinate staff training and development programs.

Conduct regular HR audits and property visits.

Support manpower planning for new hotel/restaurant openings.

Monitor staff performance, productivity and attrition.

Prepare HR MIS and manpower reports for Management.
