Job Description
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational and administrative hotel staff.
- Partner with Department Heads (HODs) to forecast seasonal and regular manpower needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage job offers.
- Oversee new hire orientation, documentation, and property walkthroughs.
HR Operations & Payroll
- Verify attendance, shift schedules, leaves, and overtime inputs.
- Coordinate inputs for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
Employee Relations & Retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor staff turnover and conduct exit interviews to implement retention strategies.
Training & Performance Management
- Oversee annual performance appraisals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and promotions.
