Job Description: HR Operations Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible HR Operations Executive to manage candidate verification, documentation, CIBIL report analysis, and HR MIS activities. The ideal candidate should have a B.Com background, sound knowledge of Accounts and Balance Sheets, and strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR Operations and candidate verification processes.

- Conduct and coordinate Criminal and Background Verification of candidates.

- Review, read, and analyse CIBIL Reports as per defined company requirements.

- Verify and understand key CIBIL parameters, including CIBIL Score, repayment history, outstanding/overdue amounts, and credit enquiries.

- Ensure candidate CIBIL profiles meet the required eligibility criteria.

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of candidate verification and documentation.

- Prepare, update, and maintain HR MIS and operational reports using Advanced Excel.

- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for timely completion of documentation and verification.

- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned HR Operations activities.

- Support the HR team in maintaining smooth and efficient operational processes.

Candidate Eligibility

- B.Com qualification is required/preferred.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with prior CA Office experience or Accounts-related experience are also eligible.

- Strong understanding of Accounts and basic accounting principles.

- Good knowledge of Balance Sheet and financial statements.

- Must be able to read, understand, and analyse CIBIL Reports.

- CIBIL Score of 700+ is mandatory.

- Good working knowledge of Advanced Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle confidential candidate information professionally.

Compensation & Work Schedule

Salary: ₹17,500 per month (Fixed)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: 4 days per month

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be someone who combines HR Operations capability with Accounts knowledge and strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working with candidate verification, CIBIL reports, documentation, and Excel-based MIS.
