Job Description

  • Manage warehouse HR operations and manpower planning.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave & payroll coordination.
  • Manage employee grievances, discipline & performance.
  • Ensure PF, ESIC and labour law compliance.
  • Maintain employee records and HR reports.
  • Coordinate with warehouse managers for manpower requirements.

Skills: HRMS, MS Excel, payroll, labour laws, communication & team management.
