Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining.
  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
  • Manage HR operations, attendance, employee records, HRIS, and payroll inputs.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, engagement, and performance management/PIP processes.
  • Coordinate training and development programs and maintain training records.
  • Support HR administration, branch coordination, compliance, and HR reporting.
