Roles & Responsibilities – HR
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Implement HR policies, company rules, and disciplinary procedures.
- Handle employee grievances, performance management, and staff engagement.
- Coordinate training, appraisals, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee exits, notice periods, and full & final settlements.
