  • Job Profile: Operations & Customer Support ExecutiveKey Duties:

  • Email & Call: Draft clear, professional email replies to acknowledge issues and keep clients updated.
  • Coordinate: Follow up with service teams/technicians to ensure complaints get resolved quickly.
  • Key Skills Required:
  • Basic/Intermediate MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Clear written English for emails and polite spoken skills for client calls.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
