Guest Relations Executive (GRE) – Café
Job Description
Welcome and greet customers in a warm and professional manner.
Manage guest queries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with the service and kitchen team for smooth operations.
Assist customers with menu information, recommendations, and special requests.
Handle reservations, guest seating, and customer coordination.
Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the café.
Follow up on customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Support the café team in daily front-of-house operations.
Maintain professional grooming and communication standards.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
Café/restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
