Guest Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and welcome clients professionally at the office.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and follow up with clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the concerned sales team.
• Maintain and update client/lead databases and daily records.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
• Manage front-desk activities and ensure a smooth client experience.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and follow-ups.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely data updates.
• Perform other day-to-day administrative and coordination activities as required.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable and professional personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and data management.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle clients confidently and professionally.
