Position: Frontend / Full-Stack Developer (WordPress, React JS & SEO)
Mandatory Requirements:
Please note that this is a specialized role requiring a specific technical combination. We are strictly looking for candidates who have hands-on experience in:
- WordPress (Development and customization)
- React JS (Building dynamic user interfaces)
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization best practices)
Candidates without active experience in all three of these areas will not be shortlisted for the interview.
Roles & Responsibilities
- WordPress Customization: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including building or extending custom themes, child themes, and templates from scratch.
- Design to Code: Convert design files (Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop) into pixel-perfect, fully responsive semantic HTML/CSS/JS inside WordPress or static environments.
- Component Development: Build reusable front-end libraries and modular components using JavaScript and modern frameworks (React/Angular) for future scale.
- Performance & Optimization: Optimize web pages for maximum speed, security, and scalability—implementing proper caching, minification, and image compression practices.
- SEO Best Practices: Implement structural on-page SEO recommendations, including microdata/schema markup, clean heading hierarchies, and optimized internal linking.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Independently debug cross-browser compatibility bugs, console errors, and layout discrepancies across various device sizes.
