Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and technical knowledge)

Job PurposeTo operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical infrastructure and utility systems, including air compressors, rotating equipment, HVAC systems, pumps, and piping networks.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain mechanical utilities such as AHUs, pumps, cooling towers, air compressors, exhaust blowers, piping systems, and firefighting equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance of mechanical utilities and equipment.
• Repair, service, and assemble mechanical machines and components.
• Perform welding and piping-related maintenance work.
• Identify and resolve mechanical breakdowns and project snag points.
• Maintain daily log sheets and prepare breakdown reports.
• Perform assembly and maintenance of bearings, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulic and lubricating seals, pneumatic valves, and coupling alignment.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of mechanical systems.
• Be flexible to work as per operational requirements.
• QualificationsITI in Mechanical Fitter Trade – Mandatory.
• NCTVT certification – Mandatory.
• ExperienceMinimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance and utility operations.
• Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of welding, piping, and machine assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with testing and measuring instruments such as:
• Anemometer
• Torque wrench
• Shaft alignment laser tool
• Multimeter and clamp meter
• Good troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
