Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Risk & Compliance Associate to support payment transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, KYC/AML compliance, and risk assessment activities within a FinTech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor payment transactions for suspicious or unusual activities.
- Review and investigate potential fraud, financial risks, and compliance alerts.
- Perform KYC, AML, and customer due diligence checks.
- Identify transaction patterns and risk indicators.
- Escalate suspicious transactions and high-risk cases as per company policies.
- Maintain accurate investigation records and compliance documentation.
- Ensure payment operations comply with applicable regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve risk and compliance issues.
- Prepare reports related to fraud, transaction monitoring, and compliance activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 1+ year of Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, AML, KYC, Fraud, or Risk & Compliance preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of payment processes, AML/KYC and transaction monitoring is an advantage.
- Good communication and computer skills.
