# 🚨 URGENT HIRING – ASSISTANT FIELD TECHNICIAN
**Elevator Installation Industry**
📍 **Job Location:** Pune, Maharashtra
### Job Details
- **Qualification:** ITI Fitter / Electrician or Mechanical / Electrical background
- **Experience:**
- 2–3 years in elevator installation activities, OR
- 4–5 years in mechanical/electrical activities
- **In-Hand Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹32,000 per month
### 🔧 Job Responsibilities
- Install mechanical and electrical components of elevator systems.
- Perform final adjustments of mechanical components.
- Assist senior fitters and installation teams.
- Handle tools such as spanners, hammers, pliers, and drilling machines.
- Read technical drawings and perform site measurements.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and team members.
- Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
### Required Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical fitting and electrical installation.
- Basic English communication and regional language proficiency.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use hand tools.
- Willingness to work at field locations and construction sites.
- Strong teamwork, safety, and quality awareness.
