Field Sales Executive

JOB TITLE: Field Sales Executive/ Engineer

Responsible for generating enquiries, meeting customers, conducting product demos, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets for Aerial Work Platforms in the assigned territory.

RESPONISIBILITES:

1) Generate leads across construction, industrial, warehousing, hospitality, and facility management sectors.

2) Meet customers, understand height-access requirements, and recommend suitable scissor lift/boom lift models.

3) Conduct on-site product demonstrations and explain machine features and safety systems.

4) Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

5) Coordinate with service and logistics teams for delivery and commissioning.

6) Maintain daily sales reports, enquiry follow-ups, and monthly sales forecasts.

7) Take responsibility for the collection of payments from customers. Implement effective strategies for timely recoveries.

8) Attend technical and other training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.

9) Collaborate with the service team to provide post-sales support to customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        MUST HAVE:

o  Any graduate from reputed university

o  Good in local language

o  Experience in industrial equipment or capital goods sales

o  Strong communication, negotiation, and field sales skills

o  Ability to travel extensively and meet sales targets.

·        NICE TO HAVE:

o  Proficient in MS Office

o  Great networking skills.
