Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Sales Executive with experience in jewellery sales, preferably silver jewellery. The candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the right products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
• Recommend suitable silver jewellery based on customer needs, budget, and occasion.
• Have good knowledge of 925 Sterling Silver jewellery, designs, products, and pricing.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Handle sales enquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into sales.
• Identify customer needs quickly and suggest appropriate products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Stay updated with jewellery trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
• Coordinate with the operations/team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of experience in jewellery sales, preferably silver jewellery.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Sharp-minded, quick learner, and good at understanding customer requirements.
• Good sales and negotiation skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of computers and sales/order management systems is preferred.
