Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive – Industrial Solar Solutions
Location: Pune
Experience: 1– 8 years in B2B Sales (Solar, Electrical, Industrial, Engineering, or Industrial Equipment preferred)
- Key Responsibilities Generate leads from industrial areas, MIDCs, and commercial zones, Housing Societies
- Visit factories and industrial estates to meet decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for rooftop solar installations.
- Schedule meetings for technical/site survey teams.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.
- Maintain daily visit reports in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Required Skills Good communication in Hindi, and Marathi.
- Comfortable with field sales.
- Ability to build relationships with industrial clients.
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
- Salary₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
- No Travel allowance
- Attractive incentives based on leads and sales
- KPIs 20–25 industrial visits per day
- 15 qualified meetings per month
- Monthly sales target as defined
