Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. WhatsApp Business & Customer Support

* Manage our WhatsApp Business catalog (add/update products, prices, images)

* Handle customer chats and enquiries on WhatsApp, respond promptly and politely

* Convert enquiries into orders, share catalog, and follow up

* Address order, delivery and tracking queries


2. Website Backend (WordPress / WooCommerce)

* Manage products, prices, stock and offers on the website

* Process online orders and update order status

* Update basic content, banners and offers as needed


3. Order Processing & Packing

* Process daily orders end to end

* Coordinate packing, ensure correct products and quality check (freshness first)

* Generate invoices and labels, arrange courier pickup, update tracking

* Ensure timely dispatch


4. Inventory & Vendor Management

* Track stock levels and flag low stock

* Manage vendors and suppliers: place orders, follow up and coordinate fresh stock

* Maintain inventory and order records


5. Reviews/GBP: Google & Amazon reviews monitor + respond

6. Payments: COD/prepaid reconciliation, refunds tracking 

7. Reports: weekly sales /stock summary

8. Social coordination: designer/agency se creatives coordinate
