Job Description

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage social media platforms, edit engaging videos, create creatives, and assist in running digital advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube accounts

- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar

- Create and publish Posts, Reels, Stories and other content

- Write engaging captions, hashtags and basic content

- Monitor engagement, reach and audience growth

- Research trending content, sounds and social media formats

Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, promotional videos and short-form content

- Add transitions, text, music, subtitles and effects

- Create engaging videos from raw footage

- Follow current Reels and short-video trends

- Maintain consistent branding across videos

Canva & Creative Designing

- Create social media posts, Reel covers, Stories and promotional creatives using Canva

- Design attractive and professional marketing creatives

- Resize and adapt creatives for different social media platforms

- Maintain brand guidelines, fonts, colours and visual consistency

- Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator will be an advantage

Meta Ads

- Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook & Instagram

- Create and manage campaigns for Leads, Messages, Traffic and Engagement

- Set up audiences, locations, interests and retargeting campaigns

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads

- Track basic metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPM, Reach and Leads

- Prepare basic campaign performance reports

- Coordinate with the team to improve lead quality and campaign results

Required Skills

- Social Media Management

- Video Editing – CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro or similar

- Canva – Good working knowledge

- Meta Ads / Meta Business Suite

- Instagram & Facebook management

- Basic content writing and caption writing

- Good understanding of social media trends

- Creative thinking and visual sense

- Good communication skills

- Ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Google Ads

- Basic knowledge of SEO

- Photography/Videography skills

- Experience with real estate, finance or service-based businesses

- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / Meta Insights

Daily Responsibilities

Create → Edit → Design → Post → Advertise → Analyse

The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day digital presence, creating engaging content, editing videos, designing creatives in Canva, publishing content and assisting with Meta Ads campaigns.

Ideal Candidate

A person who is creative, updated with social media trends, comfortable with video editing and Canva, and interested in learning performance marketing and Meta Ads.
