Customer Support Executive – Walmart Seller Support (International Process)
📍 Location: Pune
💼 Process: Walmart – Seller Support
👥 Openings: 800+
💰 Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC
🕐 Working: 5.5 Days | Rotational Shifts & Week Offs
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle seller queries related to accounts, orders, products, payments and services.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions through professional communication.
- Maintain quality, productivity and customer satisfaction standards.
- Escalate complex issues and maintain accurate interaction records.
- EligibilityUndergraduate / Any Graduate.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- BPO / Customer Support experience preferred.
- E-commerce, Seller Support, International BPO, Voice/Non-Voice or Chat Support experience preferred.
- Comfortable with rotational and odd-hour shifts.
