Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and internal systems.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with the concerned departments.
• Coordinate with operations, delivery, and logistics teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
• Prepare and maintain customer service reports.
• Follow up on pending complaints, shipments, and customer requests.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and a positive attitude while dealing with customers.
• Basic computer and IT knowledge.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and email.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries.
