Job Description


Role Summary:

Act as the link between the Sales and Operations teams, tracking every client order from manufacturing through to dispatch, so deliveries are on time and clients are kept informed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive confirmed orders from Sales and share clear production requirements with Operations/Manufacturing
  • Track order status at each stage: production, quality check, packing, and dispatch
  • Follow up with production, stores, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines
  • Update Sales on order progress and flag delays or issues early
  • Coordinate dispatch documentation (invoices, packing lists, LR/e-way bills)
  • Maintain daily order tracking reports and MIS in Excel/ERP
  • Handle client queries on order status along with the Sales team
  • Support resolution of order changes, shortages, or quality-related concerns
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/order tracking systems
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under deadlines
