Job Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for monitoring delayed shipments, coordinating with courier partners, and supporting the calling team with live shipment updates.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor delayed, stuck and undelivered orders.
• Coordinate and escalate issues with courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.
• Follow up on NDRs, delivery delays, re-attempts and RTOs.
• Provide the calling team with real-time shipment status and expected delivery updates.
• Ensure escalated shipments are followed up until resolution.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Operations teams for shipment-related issues.
• Maintain basic MIS/reporting for delayed shipments and pending escalations.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce or logistics operations.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple courier partners.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
