Customer Relationship Manager

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain customer data, leads, and records in the CRM system.
• Track and monitor leads, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Update lead status, booking details, and customer information accurately.
• Monitor pending leads and ensure that no customer enquiry is missed.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports and performance trackers.
• Handle post-booking customer coordination and support.
• Maintain records of customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely CRM updates.
• Assist Management with sales pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline; candidates from BBA, B.Com, or MBA backgrounds preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience can apply.
• Experience in real estate, sales coordination, or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
