Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Make follow-up and callback calls to customers.
* Handle customer queries professionally over calls.
* Encourage customers to provide Google Reviews after service/purchase.
* Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Experience in Voice Process (Retail industry experience preferred).
* Education: 12th Pass to Graduate.
* Languages: English, Hindi & Marathi (Mandatory).
* Immediate joiners preferred.
