Job Description
● Answer customer calls and emails.
● Check shipment status on the computer and update customers.
● Follow up on pending deliveries and PODs with our branches and delivery staff.
● Address the complaints of customers and look for to resolve as early as possible.
● Keep records of daily calls, complaints, New enquiries, requirements and maintain the data on daily basis.
