Construction Sales & Closing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle qualified leads received from the Pre-Sales team and convert them into business opportunities.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Visit client locations to understand project requirements and provide suitable construction solutions.
• Coordinate closely with the Pre-Sales, Design, and Project teams to ensure seamless customer engagement.
• Explain the company's construction services, project scope, timelines, and pricing to clients.
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals in coordination with the management team.
• Negotiate commercial terms and work towards successful deal closures.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business development initiatives.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports to management.

NOTE - 2 Wheeler mandatory, if needed to visit site locations.
