Job Description
We are looking for kitchen team members to support daily food preparation, production, hygiene, and service at Kerala Cafe.
Commis 3
Entry-level kitchen role. Assists with basic prep, cleaning, cutting, portioning, storage, mise en place and supports senior chefs during service.
Commis 2
Handles assigned prep and cooking independently, follows recipes and portion standards, maintains section readiness, controls wastage and supports smooth service operations.
Commis 1
Experienced line cook responsible for managing an assigned section, preparing dishes to Kerala Cafe standards, maintaining consistency, hygiene, speed and quality, and guiding junior commis when required.
Ideal candidate: Disciplined, hygienic, willing to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen and able to follow recipes, SOPs and food-safety standards
