WE ARE HIRING – INDO-CHINESE CHEFCrave Craft Foods | Wagholi, Pune

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Indo-Chinese Chef to join our cloud kitchen team.

• Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare Indo-Chinese dishes such as Hakka noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli chicken, Schezwan items, soups and other menu dishes.
• Maintain consistent taste, food quality, hygiene and portion control.
• Accept and manage online orders through Swiggy, Zomato and other ordering platforms.
• Use a computer for accepting orders, updating order status and managing basic order-related tasks.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organize ingredients and manage food stock.
• Perform kitchen cleaning, ingredient preparation and other kitchen-related duties.
• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of takeaway and online orders.
• Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in Chinese or Indo-Chinese cooking preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Ability to handle online food orders and coordinate timely dispatch.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety and ingredient management.
• Honest, punctual, hardworking and responsible.
• Working ConditionsJob Type: Full-time
• Location: Crave Craft Foods, Office No. 108, Purvrang Commercial Complex, Wagholi Bhawdi Road, Wagholi, Pune – 412207.

Monthly Off: 2 days off per month.

• On working days, the chef must assist with kitchen cleaning, ingredient preparation, stock organization and other kitchen duties as required.
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and cooking skills.
