About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Channel Sales Manager to expand and strengthen our channel partner ecosystem for Machinery Finance solutions catering to SME/MSME customers. The role will be responsible for developing new business partnerships, managing existing channel relationships, generating quality business leads, and driving disbursement growth through a robust channel network

Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and manage Channel Partners/DSAs
✅ Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
✅ Recruit and activate new channel partners
✅ Drive productivity and business growth
✅ Build relationships with Builders, Brokers & Corporate Partners
✅ Conduct partner meetings and training
✅ Generate business through referrals and channel networks
✅ Maintain MIS and sales reports
Candidate Profile
✔ 5+ Years experience in Channel Sales
✔ Experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Home Loans, LAP, Credit Cards, Real Estate, Hospitality or BFSI
✔ Excellent Communication Skills
✔ Strong Negotiation & Team Management Skills
✔ Local Market Knowledge
✔ Own Two-Wheeler Preferred
