Family Entertainment Centre

The Receptionist cum Cashier serves as the first point of contact for visitors at P-Koloz and plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role is responsible for welcoming guests, handling admissions and payments, managing bookings, maintaining accurate records, actively selling toys/merchandise and memberships, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, a sales-friendly attitude, and a customer-first mindset.
