विशेष शाळेसाठी केअरटेकर (आया/सहाय्यक) पदाचे जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन खालीलप्रमाणे आहे:पदाचे नाव: केअरटेकर (आया/सहाय्यक)


कामाचे स्वरूप: विशेष गरजा असलेल्या मुलांची काळजी घेणे आणि शाळेची स्वच्छता राखणे.


कामाची मुख्य जबाबदारी:

  • १. मुलांची वैयक्तिक काळजी (Special Needs Care):स्वच्छता: विशेष गरजा असलेल्या मुलांच्या वॉशरूमच्या गरजांकडे लक्ष देणे, त्यांना स्वच्छता राखण्यास मदत करणे.
  • जेवण: मुलांना जेवताना मदत करणे (Feeding Support).
  • देखरेख: मुलांच्या दैनंदिन हालचालींवर लक्ष ठेवणे आणि त्यांना सुरक्षित ठेवणे.
  • समर्थन: मुलांना त्यांच्या दैनंदिन उपक्रमांमध्ये (Activities) आवश्यक ते शारीरिक आणि भावनिक सहाय्य प्रदान करणे.
  • २. शाळेची स्वच्छता आणि देखभाल (Cleaning & Maintenance):साफ-सफाई: वर्गांची, स्वच्छतागृहांची आणि शाळेच्या परिसराची नियमित आणि व्यवस्थित स्वच्छता करणे.
  • धुळ-झाडणे: फर्निचर, खेळणी आणि इतर साहित्यावरील धूळ रोजच्या रोज झाडणे.
  • शाळेचे काम: शाळेच्या दैनंदिन कामकाजात शिक्षकांना आणि प्रशासनाला मदत करणे.
  • आवश्यक कौशल्ये आणि गुणधर्म:मुलांशी संयमाने आणि प्रेमाने वागण्याची वृत्ती.
  • स्वच्छता आणि नीटनेटकेपणाची आवड.
  • विशेष मुलांसोबत काम करण्याचा अनुभव असल्यास प्राधान्य (परंतु अनिवार्य नाही).
  • विश्वासू, कष्टाळू आणि वेळेचे पालन करणारी व्यक्ती.
