• Key Responsibilities1. Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Develop new customer and market opportunities.
• Increase loan disbursement and portfolio growth.
• Build relationships with customers, local communities, and business partners.
• Identify new branches/markets with business potential.

2. Product ManagementPersonal Loan

• Generate and manage individual personal loan leads.
• Ensure proper customer eligibility and documentation.
• Monitor approval, disbursement, and customer service.

Group Loan

• Identify and develop suitable borrower groups.
• Conduct group meetings and customer awareness activities.
• Ensure proper KYC, verification, documentation, and group discipline.
• Monitor repayment performance and portfolio quality.

Home Loan

• Generate home-loan leads through direct sales and local market networks.
• Coordinate customer, property, and document verification.
• Follow up with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams until disbursement.
• Maintain strong relationships with home-loan customers.
• 3. Team ManagementLead, train, and motivate Sales Officers/Relationship Officers.
• Allocate business targets and monitor daily performance.
• Conduct regular field visits with team members.
• Review productivity, conversion, collection, and portfolio reports.
• Take corrective action for underperforming employees.
• 4. Collection & Portfolio ManagementMonitor EMI/repayment performance and overdue accounts.
• Ensure timely collection and reduction of delinquency.
• Follow up on overdue and high-risk accounts.
• Maintain portfolio quality and minimize PAR/NPA.
• Coordinate with collection teams for difficult cases..
• 3–7 years of experience in microfinance, NBFC, banking, or retail lending.
• Experience in field sales, loan sourcing, collections, and team management.
• Knowledge of Personal Loan, Group Loan, and/or Home Loan products is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the local market and customer segment.
