Branch Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Unit Manager to lead and grow a team of Field Officers (FOS) and Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 6-8 FOS and drive unit-level business performance.
• Develop and execute effective coverage plans for the team.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, motivation and retention of Advisors.
• Conceptualize and execute action plans for advisor recruitment and business growth.
• Conduct Business Opportunity Presentations (BOPs) and drive R&R initiatives.
• Develop FOS and Advisor capability through on-the-job coaching and training, including product knowledge and selling skills.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, productivity and business trends.
• Track competitor activities and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Build a high-performance culture through regular reviews, coaching and recognition.
• Ensure effective execution of business plans and achievement of unit-level targets.

Ideal Candidate:

• Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized institution.
• 5-8 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, preferably in sales.
• Minimum 3 years of team-handling experience.
• Experience managing FOS/ Advisor teams will be preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
• High energy, self-driven and dynamic personality.
• Strong ownership, initiative and confidence.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver against business targets.
