Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end client billing & invoicing, including Customer Orders, monthly invoices, rate/quantity verification and invoice submission.

• Manage POs & contracts, including validity, utilization, renewals, rate revisions and extensions.

• Track payments, outstanding and ageing and coordinate with clients for timely collections.

• Prepare manpower/salary billing and revised rate proposals as per approved rates/Basic + DA.

• Manage employee expenses/petty cash and verify supporting documents.

• Prepare billing, outstanding and MIS reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & formulas).

• Coordinate with clients for GRNs, challans, invoice approvals, payment updates and billing discrepancies.

• Maintain billing records, supporting documents and ERP/internal trackers.

🎯Ideal Candidate: Good knowledge of billing processes, Excel, client coordination, PO management and reconciliation, with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
