Job Description
Billing Staff – Vishal Medical Distributor
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare sales bills and invoices using Tally/ERP.
Check product quantity, rates, discounts, and GST before billing.
Maintain daily billing and sales records.
Coordinate with the store and sales team for order processing.
Handle sales returns, credit notes, and billing corrections.
Maintain customer ledgers and basic outstanding records.
Assist with stock and batch/expiry details during billing.
Requirements:
12th pass / Graduate.
1–2 years of billing experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of Tally, GST & MS Excel.
Medical/pharma distribution experience will be an advantage.
Good typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
