Job Description
Position: Back Office Executive – Insurance
Location: Karvenagar, Pune
Salary: ₹12,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back-office operations for insurance policies.
- Generate and compare insurance quotations.
- Operate insurance company portals and process policies.
- Prepare new policy and renewal documentation.
- Collect, verify and maintain customer documents.
- Update customer and policy details in Excel/CRM.
- Send quotations, payment links/details and policy documents to customers.
- Follow up for pending documents and policy requirements.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for endorsements, corrections and other policy-related work.
- Maintain proper records of customers, quotations, renewals and completed policies.
- Support the sales team in customer follow-ups and policy processing.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with insurance portals.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
