Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Handling
* Receive customers and understand their vehicle/service requirements.
* Prepare accurate job cards with complete customer and vehicle details.
* Explain the service/repair requirements, estimated costs and timelines to customers.
* Provide regular updates regarding vehicle status and delivery.
* Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
2. Vehicle Inspection & Service Coordination
* Conduct preliminary inspection of EV two-wheelers and identify service requirements.
* Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis, repairs and periodic maintenance.
* Ensure proper inspection of battery, motor, controller, charging system, brakes, tyres, suspension, electrical and other components.
* Ensure all jobs mentioned on the job card are completed before delivery.
* Conduct a final quality check before handing over the vehicle.
3. Warranty & Insurance
* Identify warranty-related complaints and coordinate warranty claim processing.
* Ensure proper documentation and photographs for warranty claims.
* Coordinate with the OEM for technical approvals, parts and warranty-related issues.
* Assist customers with insurance-related repair processes when required.
