Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team at our Hadapsar, Sasane Nagar branch. The candidate will handle student and parent enquiries, counsel students regarding academic courses, conduct regular follow-ups, and convert enquiries into admissions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle student and parent enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Understand students' academic requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Explain course details, fees, scholarships, batches, and admission procedures.
• Regularly follow up with prospective students and parents.
• Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
• Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Coordinate with academic and administration teams.
• Invite prospective students and parents for counselling sessions and academy visits.
• Maintain daily and weekly admission follow-up reports.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Support promotional and student outreach activities when required.
• RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi and English communication required; Marathi will be an advantage.
• Graduate preferred.
• Experience in admission counselling, education counselling, telesales, or inside sales preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
• Confident, target-oriented, and comfortable making follow-up calls.

Working Hours9 hours per day | Monday to Saturday

Salary₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
